Nissan Pathfinder 2016 specs
The 2016 Nissan Pathfinder will come with only two engine options that we can find in current Pathfinder: one regular gassoline and one hybrid engine. It will be powered by the 3.5-liter V-6 DOHC engine which is able to produce 260 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque. This powerplant will be paired with CVT automatic transmission. It will be available only with four-wheel-drive system that turns this midsize 7 passenger SUV into serious off-roader while drivers can chose 2WD option which lowers fuel consumption on city roads and highways. The hybrid version of Nissan Pathfinder 2016 offers combination of 2.5-liter 4-cylinder gas engine and electric motor. This hybrid combination delivers 250 horsepower combined and 240 lb-ft of torque, something like larger gas engine. Main advantage of hybrid engine is its fuel economy. The 2016 Pathfinder with 3.5-liter engine will have fuel economy rated at 22 mpg while hybrid models will have around 26 mpg.
